The Heart chakra blend is inspired by the Sun, representing Vitality, warmth, and overall shen. This blend is created with the intention to support emotional openness, to help soften emotional tension and encourage ease within the heart space. This blend is great for moments when you want to feel more open, present and connected to yourself and others. 

Ingredients: (Organic)

Hawthorn Berry, Rose Petals, Linden Flower, Damiana

Use 1tbsp per 8oz of water. Pour boiled water (175 degrees is recommended) over herbs, cover, let seep for 10-15 minutes. How long you seep your tea depends on how potent you want it!
